Ceci se traduit souvent par une surchauffe, une augmentation de l&#039;intensit\u00e9 du courant, une granulom\u00e9trie irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et un temps de recirculation plus long. \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, un \u00e9cartement trop faible peut entra\u00eener un contact m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal, des dommages soudains aux bords, des vibrations et une rupture de boulon transformant un arr\u00eat pr\u00e9vu en un arr\u00eat impr\u00e9vu.<\/p><p>Dans cet article, vous suivrez une proc\u00e9dure \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape pour r\u00e9gler l&#039;entrefer rotor-stator de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et pr\u00e9cise, puis v\u00e9rifierez le r\u00e9glage apr\u00e8s serrage et apr\u00e8s un fonctionnement \u00e0 chaud. Cela d\u00e9pend de\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du couteau (angle d&#039;inclinaison\/de cisaillement),<\/li>\n\n<li>diam\u00e8tre du rotor et nombre de couteaux,<\/li>\n\n<li>Conception et m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9glage du couteau de lit,<\/li>\n\n<li>taille et fonction de l&#039;\u00e9cran,<\/li>\n\n<li>et, surtout, ce que vous \u00eates en train de d\u00e9chiqueter.<\/li><\/ul><p>Utilisez le manuel du fabricant pour\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>jeu cible entre le rotor et le plateau (souvent sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 sous forme de plage),<\/li>\n\n<li>points de mesure et motif (nombre d&#039;emplacements sur la longueur du couteau),<\/li>\n\n<li>valeurs de couple et ordre de serrage,<\/li>\n\n<li>et toutes les exigences de rodage\/v\u00e9rification \u00e0 chaud.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ad955aeb-121c-4462-81c7-e0440d717870\">Sp\u00e9cifications et assistance du fabricant d&#039;\u00e9quipement d&#039;origine (OEM)<\/h3><p>Si l&#039;\u00e9cartement de votre couteau continue de d\u00e9river ou si vous ne parvenez pas \u00e0 maintenir un jeu uniforme m\u00eame avec un r\u00e9glage pr\u00e9cis, le probl\u00e8me se situe souvent en amont\u00a0: si\u00e8ges us\u00e9s, \u00e9paisseur de couteau irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, cales endommag\u00e9es ou mat\u00e9riel incapable de maintenir la charge de serrage.<\/p><p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le choix des fournisseurs est crucial. Des lames de rechange rectifi\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision et des kits de cales adapt\u00e9s vous permettent de maintenir des jeux constants en r\u00e9duisant les t\u00e2tonnements. Lors de l\u2019achat de pi\u00e8ces de rechange, des fournisseurs comme\u2026\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maxtormetal.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>MAXTOR M\u00c9TAL<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Ils prennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en charge les lames rectifi\u00e9es sur mesure et les jeux de cales correspondants, utiles lorsque vous avez besoin d&#039;une \u00e9paisseur r\u00e9p\u00e9table et d&#039;\u00e9tapes de r\u00e9glage pr\u00e9visibles sur l&#039;ensemble d&#039;une flotte.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"440e4efe-33fe-43eb-ac69-4c8de3746575\">Inspecter et pr\u00e9parer<\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"601152de-98c0-4668-b006-818d2b515fdd\">Conditionnement propre et des bords<\/h3><p>Avant de traquer une valeur avec une jauge d&#039;\u00e9paisseur, assurez-vous que les ar\u00eates de couteau et les si\u00e8ges valent la peine d&#039;\u00eatre mesur\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Nettoyer les logements des rotors, les si\u00e8ges des couteaux de lit et les si\u00e8ges des fixations (pas de d\u00e9bris coinc\u00e9s, de calamine ou de polym\u00e8re \u00e9tal\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n<li>Inspectez le tranchant des couteaux\u00a0:<ul><li>L\u2019\u00e9caillage, le roulage ou l\u2019arrondi important modifient le d\u00e9gagement \u00ab effectif \u00bb,<\/li>\n\n<li>Des dommages localis\u00e9s peuvent provoquer un contact intermittent \u00e0 un endroit du rotor.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>Inspectez les fixations et les rondelles pour d\u00e9tecter tout \u00e9tirement, grippage ou filetage endommag\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p>Termin\u00e9 lorsque : les si\u00e8ges sont propres m\u00e9tal contre m\u00e9tal, les couteaux sont bien align\u00e9s et les fixations sont en bon \u00e9tat.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b276bbc2-8156-4b5c-8d54-a608c9cd6cbb\">V\u00e9rifiez la zone de jeu et le jeu final<\/h3><p>Un jeu uniforme est impossible si le rotor ne tourne pas droit.<\/p><ul><li>V\u00e9rifiez le faux-rond du rotor si vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un indicateur.<\/li>\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifier l&#039;\u00e9tat des roulements et le jeu axial du rotor selon la m\u00e9thode du fabricant.<\/li>\n\n<li>Si le jeu axial est excessif, le d\u00e9gagement d&#039;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 peut sembler \u00ab correct \u00bb pendant que le rotor se d\u00e9place sous la charge et r\u00e9duit l&#039;\u00e9cart.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00c0 effectuer lorsque : le faux-rond\/le jeu axial sont dans les tol\u00e9rances du fabricant (ou si vous avez interrompu le travail de r\u00e9glage du jeu pour corriger la cause m\u00e9canique).<\/p><p><strong>Guide de d\u00e9cision rapide (avant de continuer \u00e0 ajuster le jeu)\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Si l&#039;\u00e9cart change sensiblement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes positions du rotor<\/strong>, faites une pause et v\u00e9rifiez d&#039;abord le faux-rond\/le jeu axial du rotor et l&#039;\u00e9tat des roulements\u00a0; le r\u00e9glage du jeu ne tiendra pas tant que la rotation ne sera pas correcte.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Si les lectures gauche\/centre\/droite ne sont pas parall\u00e8les<\/strong>, inspectez la zone la plus \u00e9troite pour d\u00e9tecter toute bavure, asp\u00e9rit\u00e9, contamination ou cale endommag\u00e9e\u00a0; corrigez le probl\u00e8me de si\u00e8ge\/cale avant d\u2019ouvrir compl\u00e8tement le couteau.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Si le jeu \u00ab\u00a0bouge\u00a0\u00bb apr\u00e8s le couple final<\/strong>, \u00e9tat suspect\u00e9 des fixations\/rondelles, \u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale de la lame ou contamination du si\u00e8ge\u00a0; nettoyer, serrer par \u00e9tapes et remplacer les pi\u00e8ces douteuses.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Si un frottement est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 lors de la rotation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de la main<\/strong>, arr\u00eatez imm\u00e9diatement et localisez le point de blocage ; En attendant la confirmation du constructeur, si vous avez besoin d&#039;un point de d\u00e9part, utilisez les plages de valeurs bas\u00e9es sur les mat\u00e9riaux uniquement \u00e0 titre indicatif et consid\u00e9rez-les comme des exemples, et non comme des sp\u00e9cifications universelles.<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;Les gammes bas\u00e9es sur les mat\u00e9riaux ci-dessous sont&nbsp;<strong>Exemples non OEM uniquement<\/strong>Utilisez-les uniquement pour \u00e9viter des r\u00e9glages manifestement incorrects en attendant la confirmation du fabricant.
