Problema1<\/strong>:Eccessivo lame frantumatori<\/strong> Indossare.<\/p>

Soluzione: sostituire il Frantoio per plastica<\/strong><\/a> lame<\/a><\/strong> tempestivamente o cambiare i taglienti.<\/p>

Problema2<\/strong>\uff1aFlusso insufficiente del fluido da taglio o metodo di aggiunta non corretto, che porta all'accumulo di calore e danni da freddo al Lame del granulatore<\/strong>.<\/p>

Soluzione: aumentare il flusso del fluido da taglio. Posizionare correttamente gli ugelli del fluido da taglio. Utilizzare metodi di raffreddamento efficaci come il raffreddamento a spruzzo per migliorare l'efficienza del raffreddamento. Adottare il taglio a secco per ridurre l'impatto termico sul Lame per taglierina per trituratore<\/strong>.<\/p>

Problema 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Installazione non corretta di\u00a0crosta di plastica<\/strong><\/span>lame per macchine a cerniera, come l'installazione di lame circolari che sono\u00a0<\/strong>troppo alto o troppo basso.<\/p>

Soluzione: reinstallare il lame frantumatori<\/strong>.<\/p>

Problema4:<\/strong>Scarsa rigidit\u00e0 del sistema di lavorazione, con conseguenti eccessive vibrazioni di taglio.<\/p>

Soluzione:
1. Aumentare il supporto ausiliario per il pezzo in lavorazione per migliorare la rigidit\u00e0 del bloccaggio del pezzo.
2. Ridurre la lunghezza dello sbalzo del Lame per smerigliatrice in plastica<\/a><\/strong>.
3. Ridurre adeguatamente l'angolo posteriore delle lame meccaniche.
