Posicione corretamente os bicos do fluido de corte. Use m\u00e9todos de resfriamento eficazes, como resfriamento por spray, para melhorar a efici\u00eancia do resfriamento. Adote o corte a seco para reduzir o impacto t\u00e9rmico no <strong>L\u00e2minas de corte para trituradores<\/strong>.<\/p><p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>Problema 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Instala\u00e7\u00e3o incorreta de\u00a0<strong>Crus de pl\u00e1stico<\/strong><\/span><strong>l\u00e2minas de m\u00e1quinas de costura, como a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00e2minas circulares que s\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>muito alto ou muito baixo.<\/p><p>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o: Reinstale o<strong> l\u00e2minas trituradoras<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Problema4:<\/strong>Fraca rigidez do sistema de processamento, resultando em vibra\u00e7\u00f5es excessivas de corte.<\/p><p>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o:<br>1. Aumente o suporte auxiliar da pe\u00e7a de trabalho para melhorar a rigidez de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a.<br>2.
