A: We are a factory specializing in the production of mechanical equipment blades and accessories. The company was established in 2006 and is located in the industrial hub of mechanical tools and accessories in China. Over the years, the company has developed a comprehensive production and sales model, integrating sales, research and development, craftsmanship, and production. Our main customer base includes domestic mechanical equipment clients, end-users, and international trade companies in China. Since 2023, we have been establishing an international trade department for the factory, directly providing services to international customers.
2. Q: Do you have your own factory?
A: Yes. Having our own factory enables us to have better control over production and customization capabilities. This contributes to ensuring product quality and delivery times.
3. Q: Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes. We have a dedicated research and development team consisting of three members. They tailor blade manufacturing services according to the specific requirements of the customers, breaking down the process of using our blades step by step to ultimately meet the users’ product needs. Additionally, we offer OEM services, where we can provide professional assistance for customizing branding, packaging, and overall appearance, catering to your specific requirements.
4. Q: Can you provide stocking services?
A: Yes, to swiftly meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness, we offer stocking services for clients purchasing standard products in large quantities, provided they can provide a procurement plan. For clients purchasing non-standard products in large quantities, they can contact our sales team for negotiation.
5. Q: Where do your prices stand?
A: We provide top-notch quality products at a competitive price, offering you premium quality at a cost-effective rate. Additionally, for your convenience in comparing with other suppliers, we can provide door-to-door quotations(CIF or ELC) for your reference.
6. Q: What is your quality assurance policy?
A: Normally, our product warranty period is one year. If any quality issues arise within this warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement services (excluding issues caused by customer factors).
7. Q: Is your product quality reliable? How do you control it?
A: Our products adhere to ISO 9001 standards. We maintain a QC team with 15 years of experience and a rigorous quality control system throughout our production process, consisting of the following stages:
a) Raw material control
b) Semi-finished product inspection
c) Finished Product Inspection
d) Packaging Inspection
Each finished product undergoes at least four inspections before shipping.
8. Q: Who are your international clients?
A: Until 2023, we did not directly cater to international clients. Instead, we served equipment manufacturers and international trade companies in China. Consequently, although our products have been widely used abroad, our factory’s brand was not directly utilized before 2023.
